This is not a traditional “customer support” position where you simply answer tickets and relay messages.
As a Client Success Manager at Patient Pilot, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them understand performance, solve problems, stay aligned with strategy, and navigate challenges calmly and professionally.
You’ll work closely with our media buying and operations teams to identify issues, communicate recommendations, and ensure clients feel supported, confident, and taken care of.
Manage client communication and relationships
Review KPIs and account performance
Coordinate with internal teams to execute solutions
Handle difficult conversations professionally
Solve problems and provide strategic recommendations
Support retention and account growth
Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Analytical and KPI-driven
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused
Calm under pressure and able to handle multiple priorities
Agency or client management experience preferred
Comfortable with difficult conversations and high standards
