what this role actually is

This is not a traditional “customer support” position where you simply answer tickets and relay messages.

As a Client Success Manager at Patient Pilot, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them understand performance, solve problems, stay aligned with strategy, and navigate challenges calmly and professionally.

You’ll work closely with our media buying and operations teams to identify issues, communicate recommendations, and ensure clients feel supported, confident, and taken care of.

what we're looking for

  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Analytical and KPI-driven

  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused

  • Calm under pressure and able to handle multiple priorities

  • Agency or client management experience preferred

  • Comfortable with difficult conversations and high standards

$59,000-$80,000

OTE

Base salary + retention bonus. Paid time off included. Fully remote, full-time, long-term.
